So you mean, it displays 0 users in the WooCommerce list in Jackmail?
What version of WooCommerce you’re running ? 3.3.5 ?

We’re aware of that issue for a couple of days now, we’re working on a fix. Sorry for the delay, we have a lot of days off in France currently. May is not the most productive month :p

Use the double optin plugin to be certain you user asked for the subscription, or use an optin form integrated with Jackmail, with double optin feature. 🙂You can also reach us in our community forum here : community.jackmail.com

In reply to: [Emails & Newsletters with Jackmail] WPForms or Elementor IntegrationWell, I really don’t know why you have this problem. Our widget is meant to be working on a traditionnal sidebar or footer. Maybe the way Elementor is trying to display it in a content is not the “normal way.
It might be a good idea to ask about it to Elementor too.

We have to re-integrate WPForms since it’s not working anymore. Hope to do it soon because we have a lot of things to fix/develop before.
For the Elementor issue, did you use a widget area?

We had the Custom Post type features to enhance the plugin integration but Event Calendar needs more than that, so we will have to develop something specific for Event Calendar.
We’ll get in touch when it’s done.
