Yes, we do operate a manually human approval on each first campaign you’re sending.

So, your first one might take some minutes to be approved, so if you’re sending nice stuffs to a really clean contact list, you’ll be less and less moderated until automated moderation.

Après vérification en effet Jackmail ne gère pas les images dans les descriptions du flux RSS. Notre emailbuilder nettoie le code HTML avant d’importer un contenu et supprime les images et liens. Notre équipe R&D va travailler dessus.

It’s a encoding data issue. You maybe have an old WordPress installation and your data are quite “old”, or different of what we are expecting.
Do you know how to reach your sql database and to edit your utf8 data?
