    Hello,

I would like to set up a mail to my woocommerce customers.

I have activated the woocommerce list in the settings, however it only displays a list named “abandoned cart” with 0 users.

Could you please let me know how to solve this problem?

    Many thanks in advance, Arien

    Hi!

We’re aware of that issue for a couple of days now, we’re working on a fix. Sorry for the delay, we have a lot of days off in France currently. May is not the most productive month :p

    Hello,

Just updated the plugin to last today’s version.

Sorry to tell you that Woocommerce list is still not working. Only the title has changed from “abandoned cart” to ‘woocommerce customers”, but that is about it…

    Hi !

So you mean, it displays 0 users in the WooCommerce list in Jackmail?
    What version of WooCommerce you’re running ? 3.3.5 ?
You should have the WordPress users also in your lists. Does it displays 0 users also?

    Thanks for your fast reaction.

Correct, 0 users in woo list and 0 WordPress users in jackmail. Using Woo 3.3.5.

Ok, so that’s not a WooCommerce > Jackmail issue.

It’s a encoding data issue. You maybe have an old WordPress installation and your data are quite “old”, or different of what we are expecting.

Do you know how to reach your sql database and to edit your utf8 data?

I do believe you, but I have no clue about what you are talking about, sorry!

Have checked and know for sure that I have all plugins/Wordpress up to date.

Could you maybe help? Should you wish admin access to my website, pls let me know…
