Thx for your help yesterday.Below was my former mail to Inkhive. Or they didn’t understand, or they are very buzzy or … 😉 But i just sent a reminder.
Question: is this mail clear to you?“Dear reader,
Your design and capabilities of Fifteen appealed to me (html5, diverse languages, responsiveness for mobile phones and tablets).
I’m looking for a theme in which i can present my two subjects 1) videoclips and 2) photography (photo gallerys with use of archive) independently.
(Add on: i prefer a static site, blogging is for me not necessary)In the menu of Fifteen is a link to ‘video’ but there is no video.
This is the first time I’m going to work with WordPress so I’m fairly unfamiliar with the customization options in WordPress. Well I’m pretty familiar with html and css.
My question: Is it possible, behind the image(s) of the main page, to link to a video instead of a photo? Because of the use of html5 i suppose it’s possible, but …

Without using javascript. It was a little bit complicated because i wanted also an effect like Fifteen. It worked out but not so nice like Fifteen.
But my sheets are waiting… (i don’t understand the word “featured” very good)

thx, i used that and following a lot of links i thought it was this forum (i posted one question before).
Tomorrow i give it another try.The world of WP is for me like a new universe 🙂 But i like the stars.

Hmm. I saw in the html of the text there is a link to the photo, so i can change that in the link to the video (on Vimeo). But maybe i’m wrong (no experience with WP, i made my website always myself) and in that case i can’t use this theme.
To know this is a great help. So i’ve to look for another theme.

I know about html and css (etc) but WP is totally strange for me. Probably i don’t understand the basic structure.

But i thought this was a free theme of Inkhive, not commercial.Anyway i contacted them about a week ago but didn’t get answer.
I just like to contact people who have some experience whith this theme and can help me out.
Therefor is this forum i thought.
