Try to flush the permalinks and/or deactivate and activate the plugin again.

I’ve read the Metaboxes part in the Handbook, but still quite confused about metaboxes. And honestly not really getting the logic too. Each metabox will be a block then? How to specify what boxes needs to be accessible or not by template? How to specify where on the page this metabox-block must appear?
