That text you highlighted comes from WooCommerce emails.
Gift card emails use the same style and template as the WooCommerce email, so if you configure the emails from your site, also the emails from our plugin will change.

We use the default WooCommerce gallery and product pages, so probably the issues you are having are because your theme is customizing those default features.
Could you try using another theme to see if the problem indeed comes from there?
About the gallery, remember that you need to select the gallery also when configuring the product from the backend.
If you send us the URL of a gift card product from your site, we could create a CSS to solve the style problems.

Yes please, add a custom CSS in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS regarding that tag (.dashboard-links) with a display: block; for example.
It seems that maybe the theme is adding that display none for some reason.
If the rule is not working, try by adding and !important at the of the rule, like this:
.dashboard-links { display: block !important; }Please, give it a try and let us know.

I’m just testing your site, and when I add the Gift card to the Cart, I got to the checkout immediately.
That’s the kind of feature that I’m talking about when I said Add to cart redirect
Could you please disable it momentarily just to see if the Gift card works fine?

I have been looking for a way to achieve what you want, but unfortunately, that is not possible with the free version of the plugin.
In this case, if you want to disable the zoom you will have to deactivate the entire plugin, sorry.

At least for your web, the problem seems to be with the add to cart redirect, which does not allow enough time to the gift card data to go through.
There is an option in the WooCommerce panel to disable that feature, so you can try it out and let us know if that was enough.
Just to make sure, I saw that you do not have that kind of behavior enabled on your site, but maybe the other person on this topic does, ajax add to cart is also not compatible with gift cards because of the same reason.

Unfortunately, we can’t be aware of all the plugins in the market, so we can’t give you a perfect answer, sorry.
The best way to make sure it will work as expected, without compromising your current site or customers, is to create a staging site where you can place some orders and commission with testing purposes and see if all is working fine.

Thanks to your issue, we have found the problem in the plugin.
This is only happening if the code is being used in the coupons fields in the cart/checkout page because the order is not being registered in the gift card object.
We will solve for the next update of the plugin, in the meantime, I suggest using the specific field for gift cards.

Could you be more specific? Which version do you have and in which one does it work? Because it is working for us in our local environments with the latest version.
If you try to deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce and Gift Cards while using a default WordPress theme, and the problem is not happening, then is an incompatibility with another plugin or theme.
