you have a server configuration problem that is not allowing the image script to pass the right header information. if you try to view directly the image it download the image.php file instead of displaying the image.
we looked in to the issue and we did not see any problem, it may be a style issue on your theme

I ran a few tests and everything works fine, check if you don’t have a conflict with other plugin or theme, also check your server log for errors
