i do meet the requirements and I disable Live Traffic. Upgraded to the premium version as well, still no luck here 🙁

In reply to: Recover a deleted usernameThe database restore backup was from a month ago, I did the restore the day after the username was deleted. But I am still not seeing any of the original content. Is there a way from the FTP to restore the username or content?

In reply to: Recover a deleted usernameMy site is currently being hosted by GoDaddy, they did a restore backup. However, the site is still at its same state with missing images and pages. The admin username is still not there, is there any possibility of still recovering all my content?
