Having difficulty adding text on my fullwidth image

I’m currently using the Divi Theme for my website. I’ve uploaded all the content for this website but I’m having difficulty with this main issue that I can’t figure out. I need my full width images to have the text on top of the image and contained. Meaning as I decrease the window browser size the text and image decreases as well. Currently, they are just images saved from Photoshop and applied as a jpg.
