Great to hear! I’ll mark as resolved.
If you are enjoying the plugin, would mean a lot to us if you could leave a review
Hi @magefix . Thanks for your message
Could you send me a screenshot of the error to wordpress-support-groups@hubspot.com along with any console error?
Also if you can attach a HAR file while you try to display Hubspot ? here is how to get it on chrome https://support.google.com/admanager/answer/10358597?hl=en

Hi @hildammnto , Thanks for your message.
I went to your website and noticed that you have two Div elements at the top of your content that are blocking any interaction
Those are the elements on top of the content:
<div class="vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_row"> ... </div>I was able to interact with the forms once I added
display:noneto those two div elements;pointer-events: all;could also work.Let me know if this helps

Hi @w3dzign , Thanks for you message
I can see you are using Elementor pro shortcode widget.
I’ll try yo replicate on my side. It seems that Elementor renders different contents for different view ports. And since our code runs async targeting a single element it does not show in responsive mode
Can you try to have a shortcode for mobile and a shortcode for large screens in the meanwhile?
Best Regards
Hi @fersitio. I’m sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the plugin. We do support using your existing HubSpot account to use the plugin and I would be delighted to help you to do so. You can either open a Support thread or send an email to wordpress-support-groups@hubspot.com. Best regards
Thanks @ahmadhoseini
Let me know if this solves your problem or if we can help with anything else

Hi @cyberhostpro , Thanks for your message
Once you fill the forms those test contacts appear at you contacts table at hubspot?
I am not so sure how can we help you with google adwords. I would suggest taking a look if they are not filtering admin users by default, maybe going into a Incognito tab or another browser can solve this issue.
Best Regards
