Thanks Riad for your reply. I have just deactivated ALL plugins, and the problem still persisted. My browser is Edge. Until I installed 5.3 WP it was working fine with Edge.

I just installed 5.3 update. When I write pages (in Gutenberg) the whole page continuously diverts back to the top of the page. Which makes it impossible to write in new blocks. Does anyone else has these issues??
