In reply to: [Timetable and Event Schedule by MotoPress] Timezone not working?Hi,
The widget for “todays classes” is on the home page: http://116.90.59.25/~aftataek/
The timetable can be seen here: http://116.90.59.25/~aftataek/nsw-timetable/
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for the code. It works perfectly when I put it in the plugins folder 🙂
However, I don’t want to lose the code when I update the plugin. I tried putting it in my theme’s folder, but it doesn’t work. I’m using a child theme of Genesis. Here’s where I put the file with the extra code:
/wp-content/themes/childtheme/mp-timetable/templates/theme/widget-upcoming-view.phpAny clues as to why it’s not working in the theme folder?
Thanks

In reply to: [Timetable and Event Schedule by MotoPress] Timezone not working?Hi,
Thanks for the quick response.
I put a clock on my sidebar and it is displaying the correct time for Sydney.
I don’t have a cache plugin installed. Do I need one?Thanks

In reply to: [Timetable and Event Schedule by MotoPress] Events TodayHi, I’d also love to do this, but on a page via a block – not through the “appearance”, “widgets”. Is there a way to do this?

In reply to: [Genesis Simple Footer Widgets] Not Showing Up in the CustomizerHi, I’m having the same issue. I can’t access the settings to change the number of widgets. Is there an update available? Thanks
Hi, Thanks for the quick response.
Excuse my ignorance, but how do I share the screenshots?
Thanks
Thanks so much for your help! I’ll update the plugin when we go live and update our version of php 🙂
ahhh, yes, I forgot about that. I’m currently running version 5.2. I requested it be upgraded, but because the current live site is running with it, I can’t upgrade it until we switch to the new site which is currently in development, and using this plugin.
I knew it would catch me out eventually!
Sorry, is this what you’re looking for?

In reply to: [Book Review Library] Show Author in shortcodeHi Chris,
Thanks for the quick response.
I tried using the built in widget to show recent posts, but the thumbnail is very small. Having read the support forum I found that the size can’t be changed. Therefore I’m using the shortcode in a widget so I can have the thumbnails at 150px.
When I look at the page of reviews, the title appears, as per the settings in my options panel. I just can’t get it to show the author in the shorcode. Here’s what I am using:
[book-reviews count=4 covers=true]
Thanks
Jo
