In reply to: Delay when accessing WordPress siteThe cause of the delay can be several things, such as a server response time, caching, plugins or unoptimised images, which can cause a delay of about 5 seconds.
If you have already installed EWWW Image Optimizer, then I would strongly recommend you try WP-Optimize, which can help you optimize images, clean up WordPress database, unwanted revision logs and improve website performance with caching.
If the delay persists, review the website and see what is causing the problem, and do not install too many optimisation plugins.

In reply to: I cannot create a websiteYou wont need a WordPress account for building/hosting your website on Hostinger.
Your website admin account will be created during the WordPress setup inside Hostinger.
The simplest method to setup is:
1) Login into hostinger hpanel account.
2) Visit websites and add/create website.
3) Pick WordPress and follow the prompts to create your new site login details.Once that’s done, you’ll be able to log in and start building your site right away.
If you are trying to link a WordPress.com account, please note that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two completely different platforms.

I am also having same issue, the carousal does not appear on website!
