If you want to host your website with Hostinger using a custom WordPress installation, you’ll need to install WordPress there. Hostinger explains how to do this here: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/how-to-install-wordpress/

This gives you a custom WordPress installation where you can create your own account. There is absolutely no connection to wordpress.org.

However, if you’re referring to a “WordPress account” on wordpress.com, you’re in the wrong place here at wordpress.org. The difference between wordpress.org and wordpress.com is explained here, for example:

    What’s the difference between WordPress.org and WordPress.com?

If you’re referring to WordPress.com, you’ll need to ask your question here: https://wordpress.com/support/

You wont need a WordPress account for building/hosting your website on Hostinger.
Your website admin account will be created during the WordPress setup inside Hostinger.
The simplest method to setup is:
    1) Login into hostinger hpanel account.
    2) Visit websites and add/create website.
    3) Pick WordPress and follow the prompts to create your new site login details.

Once that’s done, you’ll be able to log in and start building your site right away.

If you are trying to link a WordPress.com account, please note that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two completely different platforms.

If your Hostinger account is not connected to your WordPress site, first check whether you installed WordPress through Hostinger’s hPanel.

Log in to Hostinger, go to Websites, and check whether your domain is listed there. If WordPress is already installed, use the WordPress Admin option from hPanel to access your dashboard. If the domain is not connected, check the domains DNS or nameservers and make sure they are pointing to Hostinger.

Also, make sure you’re logging into the correct WordPress installation. A WordPress.com account and a self hosted WordPress installation on Hostinger are separate things.

If you share what you see under Hostinger to Websites, I can help you identify where the connection is failing.
