I’m using Nirvana theme.
I’d need to restore WP and try again, as I can no longer access the dashboard.
No worries – it’s a test site. I’ll follow up in due course.

In reply to: [ChimpMate - WordPress MailChimp Assistant] option update failsI am having the same issue as above – and as yet have not managed to get a pop up of any kind to show on either mobile or desktop devices.
I am able to connect the MailChimp API and get green ticks. Following that, when selecting logged in / not logged in options – red ticks occur and then follow.
I am using Nirvana theme on WordPress 4.3
