option update fails

    I’m having trouble getting the option update to play nice. It responds with a red X, and the widget is not available to drop into the theme. I know the theme works because it is working fine on another site with same theme, but I’m not sure how to troubleshoot.

    installed and activated nicely. dropped in API and the update showed a green check mark. Then I activated the widget and it gave a red X.

    any help is appreciated. thanks!

    I am having the same issue as above – and as yet have not managed to get a pop up of any kind to show on either mobile or desktop devices.

    I am able to connect the MailChimp API and get green ticks. Following that, when selecting logged in / not logged in options – red ticks occur and then follow.

    I am using Nirvana theme on WordPress 4.3
