I downloaded WordPress again and when I unzipped the package I noticed the wp-comments-post.php file and tried to just replace file first, before replacing everything else.
And this actually fixed the problem!
So thanks for the ideas, if it wasn’t for your suggestion, I never would’ve thought of doing this 😉
