The form does not display at all. Its broken now and I rely on this plugin a lot.
Do others have the problem with PHP 5.4.4 and the form not working?

I could switch it back and all was fine. Maybe start there?

I had the option of changing this back to PHP 5.3.3. This brought back all functionality to my form.
I dont know how long my service provider will allow this to work with 5.3.3.

This seems like the kind of number that can be set somewhere. Does such a limitation exist in the script somewhere?

Does your form perhaps have two Email fields in the same form?
