The easiest way would just be to switch to the default theme for a few minutes and then go in and use the customizer to set the primary colour, then switch back to your current theme.

I’ve had a look and can see the error you’re getting.
I had a look through your theme’s comments section on Envato and found at least one other person with a similar issue (it doesn’t say whether they use my plugin or not).
I’m not sure exactly what the cause is, but the theme does make a lot of changes to the customizer. Could you submit a support request to the theme developers informing of this issue? They may be more able to pinpoint the issue as I suspect it has to do with the changes they’ve made to the customizer.

I’m glad you like the plugin. I’m sorry there are some other plugins that are not compatible – my plugin changes the HTML output of your form so it’s extra work to build every integration.
However, the conditional fields plugin does work with mine, I’ve explicitly built that integration. Did you try it out? Mind telling me what didn’t work?

The problem was that BWP Minify didn’t include the plugin CSS in it’s minified bundle. If that happens again, maybe BWP Minify has an option to exclude a particular file from minification? If so, that should fix your issue.

It looks like it’s working now. You just need to remove
theme="dark"from the[md-form]shortcode and add the rest of your fields back in (don’t forget the closing[/md-form]. The dark theme is for when you have a dark coloured background.Thanks,

It looks like on your second example you are closing the [md-form] shortcode before the rest of the form.
It should look like this.

Can you try disabling bwp-minify and see if that helps? It looks like the CSS didn’t get minified properly for some reason.
If it does help, try and find an option to re-do the CSS minification (I don’t know anything about the bwp minify plugin but surely it would have that option somewhere).

If you deactivate the plugin then the shortcodes you added to your form will no longer execute, and will instead show up as text. This is the case with any plugin that adds shortcodes.
Rather than post a 1-star review with no detail, why not post a support request including your error messages? I will be more than happy to help.
