This plugin interferes with Ventcamp template from Envato
-
I purchased the PRO version of this plugin, but interferes with the Ventcamp template, because it blocks the Customize page under Appearance. I can only see a Widget option, and nothing else.
If I de-activate the plugin, everything works fine.
Please help me with the solution.

Now I realize that trying to access the Customize page, I got the error:

Would it be possible for you to create me a temporary admin account using the email angus.russell89@gmail.com so that I can check this out?
Thanks,
AngusDid you access ?
Hi @vladimirt
I have logged in. Do you mind if I try activating the material design plugin to see the errors for myself?
Thanks,
AngusThe plugin is actually active.
You can activate and deactivate the plugin to check the errors.
Did you find something?
RegardsHi @vladimirt
I’ve had a look and can see the error you’re getting.
I had a look through your theme’s comments section on Envato and found at least one other person with a similar issue (it doesn’t say whether they use my plugin or not).
I’m not sure exactly what the cause is, but the theme does make a lot of changes to the customizer. Could you submit a support request to the theme developers informing of this issue? They may be more able to pinpoint the issue as I suspect it has to do with the changes they’ve made to the customizer.
Thanks,
AngusHi @gusruss89
Thanks for your answer.
I contacted with the template provider and told me that the problem is generated by Woocommerce, so I need to update the template manually.
Meantime, please tell me how to change the default color of material design controls.
Regards.Hi @vladimirt
The easiest way would just be to switch to the default theme for a few minutes and then go in and use the customizer to set the primary colour, then switch back to your current theme.
Thanks,
AngusHi, how can I download the pro version for a new site?
Hi @vladimirt
The download link in your original email should still work if you can find it.
Alternatively, you can copy the plugin folder from a current site and zip it up, then install by uploading the zip.
Thanks,
Angus
