I am having the same issue on my site after enabling the Google Sheet connector, the form is taking too much time in submission and not further entries in the sheet.

Update your page builder plugin
Deactivate all the plugin and then activate one by one and search for the plugin which occurs this compatibility issue

it seems that your
category page and single product page options have the Header and Title turned off. Turned them back on it will be working.
