Regarding “Profile page blank”, try this:
Ultimate Member Settings, Appearance, Profile menu. “About tab” must be
checked.
I had the same problem and this fixed it. Hopefully it will work for you
as well.

I’ve checked if all the fields are set to “Privacy: Everyone”, but no profile details.
I’ve cleared server and browser site, but no profile details.
I’ve restored the plugin to the 2.0.56 version (and then cleared cache), but still no profile details.
Inspecting the page (screenshot here) I just see um-header and um-profile-navbar inside div um-form.
