After the 4.1 update the tool bar vanished.. disabling all plugins and switching to default theme changed nothing. All updates are current
The site has a single administrator, and she is still listed as the Administrator, so that’s not the issue
Similar Problem here, all recent
I’ve been using the plugin for a year, At most once or twice a month a stray bot would get through.
For the last week or two it’s been daily at the rate of 3 or 4 a day.
Then last night I got hit, woke up to 22 of them and 6 more in the last couple hours..
