In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Any demo of plugin in action, and in search results?That’s as hard to answer as “Why don’t I rank #1 in Google?” Not everyone is using the latest version (better markup), not everyone has reviews…pick your reason. Also, you can’t guarantee what Google will choose to pick up and display.

First, disable all security and caching plugins, then test the steps above again.
If that doesn’t work, your next troubleshooting step is to disable all plugins, including ours, then reactivate just the plugin and test the functionality again. Another step is to try switching themes, then try again. You are looking for conflicts with other plugins or possibly with your theme.
If you still have the same issue, let me know.
