In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Form Titles not aligning with form fieldsI don’t see an issue here – it’s how the plugin is coded. Here’s another example: http://screencast.com/t/ByElR772Ze
When released, the pro version will allow CSS styling of the plugin, giving you the ability to reformat it yourself.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Status DropdownWith the conversion to custom post types, that is no longer necessary. To make a pending review live, you simply open the pending post, change the status, and Publish again.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] All reviews have disappearedbut the structure of the custom post type is different now. There is no “title”
If you haven’t tried the steps below, it’s premature to comment on any formatting issues. Try the troubleshooting steps I outlined first, we’ll see if you still have no titles.
and my fields have changed
I need you to be more specific here. Got a screenshot? What fields? The more detail you provide the more I can help.
Also, there is some sort of automatic removal of paragraph breaks in the entries meaning that no paragraph breaks show
.
I’ll check into this.
There are loads of issues here.
That’s very subjective. Version 3.x is a major upgrade of a three year old plugin. With this major of an upgrade, there are going to be issues. We did three rounds of beta testing with about 40+ volunteers before release, and we’ve been actively working on bug fixes. Keep in mind we do this in our spare time, and don’t get paid for any of our work with the exception of the occasional donation from happy users.
I would appreciate your patience. I hope you are pleased with the end result.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] All reviews have disappearedRoll back to 2.xx, set it up correctly, then do the upgrade. That should solve it. Please do post an update – thanks.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] All reviews have disappearedIt turns out that many folks were not using version 2.x according to the documentation. To use the plugin properly in 2.x or 3.x, you need to enable it on one or more pages/posts. If it is not enabled, WordPress won’t know what business/product to associate with your reviews, so it does nothing. There was a bug, however in 2.x that allowed you to use the shortcode and NOT have enabled on a page.
If you lost your reviews, it was likely because the reviews were not enabled on the page so the upgrade script couldn’t detect which page they were associated with.
To fix this, Try going into your Testimonials/Reviews page of your website, edit the page, and scroll down to the WP Customer Reviews section on the edit page screen. There is a checkbox to enable the plugin for the page. If that is checked AND you have reviews already associated with that page, they will display. If reviews were never associated with that page, they are likely assigned to some random post. You may be able to go to the Reviews -> All Reviews area in WP admin and see which page/post they are assigned to, but no guarantees there.
If all else fails, you can revert back to 2.x and skip updates to 3.x – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-downgrade-to-2x
Let me me know if this solves the problem.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Official ResponseI understand. I still recommend you try switch to a different theme to troubleshoot the issue. Whether it’s in the theme code or the theme css, at least you’ll rule that out as an issue π

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Official ResponseThis is usually a theme isse where the conflict is in the CSS. Try changing themes to a basic theme and see if it still occurs. If it works, you will know there is conflict.
Version 3 is due any day…that may fix it as well.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] in website search – not finding review titlesUnfortunately you won’t get them to come up in search results on your site, at least not in the current version. Version 3.o (currently in testing) may give you this ability, but most likely will need another plugin like advanced custom post search.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Labels disappear / human confirmation errorHi Fadia.
Most of the time this is an issue with theme styles conflicting with the plugins styles. What theme are you using, and have you tried switching the theme to a basic wordpress theme as a test? If not, I recommend you do to see if the issue still exists. If it does not, we know the styles are conflicting.
