I am having the same problem, using the official Stripe for WooCommerce plugin, the order remains on hold and the amount is not captured on Stripe. Only if I manually change the order status to processing/completed, does the amount get captured on Stripe. I am also using WooCommerce Subscriptions, and this setup is used for subscription orders, not one-time buys.
Any particular known issue with this setup?
