    Hi-
I installed the plug in, set it to change all paid orders to be completed, but it did not work. Payment was received, in the notes section on the transaction it shows as completed by the bank yet the woo status was only changed to processing.
    Please help. Thank you.

Can I ask what payment gateway you are using? This plugin has been tested with SagePay and PayPal with no issues, but it’s the first time I’ve heard of a payment being received but the order not setting itself to completed.

Does it work with Stripe payment gateway?

It should work with any payment gateway that correctly uses the order paid hook. I’ll do some testing and update this ticket.

I like to know if this plugin works specifically with “stripe”?

I will do some testing and look at getting this plugin compatible with Stripe. I’ll update this ticket once functionality is added.

Ok thanks, I will wait for the test result.

I have woocommerce/stripe store and interested in this

I’ve just installed Stripe on a fresh WordPress and WooCommerce installation. I then created a Stripe account and added the API keys to my website. Finally, I performed a test order using the test card details provided by Stripe and the plugin was automatically marked as completed.

Are you able to confirm that you are using the official Stripe for WooCommerce plugin? I would recommend doing exactly as I have, and set up a blank Stripe installation with my plugin to confirm that it is working. If it does, as I’m sure it will – start checking for conflicts through your theme and/or plugins that could be preventing the orders from being marked as completed.

I am having the same problem, using the official Stripe for WooCommerce plugin, the order remains on hold and the amount is not captured on Stripe. Only if I manually change the order status to processing/completed, does the amount get captured on Stripe. I am also using WooCommerce Subscriptions, and this setup is used for subscription orders, not one-time buys.
Any particular known issue with this setup?
    Thank you!

Are you able to confirm that you have Capture charge immediately checked in your Stripe settings? Unfortunately the plugin hasn’t been tested with WooCommerce Subscriptions. I’ll have to look into this further to see if my plugin can be made compatible with that.

You’re right, Capture charge immediately was not set.. this fixed it. Thanks a lot for the very fast reply!

Perfect! I’m glad you were able to get it working. If you have any other issues please let me know and I’ll do my best to help.

@akademiatortu I would recommend doing the same as above. In the mean time, I’ll close this ticket.
