Another problem, I just did an manual update and now I can’t even see the themes page on the dashboard and the front sites.
OK I look through the instruction and I found there is a problem.
“Go back to your OLD blog and go to Administration > Settings > General and change the url (both of them) to that of your new site.”
I’m using WordPress 3.1.3.
Problem is there is no two url on the “Administration > Settings > General” section at the dash board.
Thanks !!!! I fixed the problem with the web.config from the test wordpress on my windows 7.
