sub directory sites 404 error

    I just change the server OS from Linux to windows server 2008. I have reinstall word press and can get onto the default site example.com/wp-admin/. Problem is the sub directory sites like example.com/site1 as well as the other sites have the 404 error.

    Is there anyway to restore the sub directory sites ?
