@tw2113 I am also facing exactly same issue as @jasnlee mentioned
i.e WP 4.8.1 and Constant Contact Forms 1.3.4 with the reCAPTCHA. Still receiving spam subscribers. They input strings of random numbers and letters in the First and Last name fields.
Did you find any solution for this yet ?
