I manually set up read/write permissions via ftp (FileZilla) for all files and folders (755 for all folders and sub-folders and 644 for all files).

When I turn off the plugin Starter Templates the message disappears. I cannot add Strater theme content to Astra.

In reply to: [Name Directory] Not support non-English lettersThe plugin is great and this one detail should be fixed. When I start to Create new name directory and enter the name in the Title field, only the letters of the English alphabet are displayed. It does not work with UTF8 characters from other languages. The same goes for Add a new name – only shows English alphabet letters. Other characters appear as a question mark (For example: My Name is ????????? ???????? ??? ???????).
Plugin is not optimized for UTF8 characters – English alphabet only. Otherwise, WordPress works with all languages of the world, so the problem is with the plugin.
