I have the same problem – our developer means, that PDF version 1.5+ is not showing preview images of the first page, but just a white image…
Can you check this Mizuho? Your plugin is really the only one which makes this what I need to have… But without Update for 1.5+ PDF Versions – it’s useless for me…

In reply to: [Encyclopedia / Glossary / Wiki] Change the Archives TitleI didn’t found it too in the plugin. But I just set the archives link in the menu, nothing else. I don’t think that this came from theme.
Title comes on top of the page and has the “class” page-item-title.
Unfortunately I can’t post the link to the page, because project not allowed to share in public at this point of work…
