Thanks for these. I will work through them later on and implement those that I have not implemented so far. In answer to the other question, my site is hosted on Westhost and no I do not know how it was hacked.

WPyogi. That was the question. I have done a lot of reading across the web from people who have been hacked by this latest hacking
round and many are recommending this. I am looking for other recommendations.
