In reply to: [Collapse-O-Matic] trigger text positionHi Baden, thank you. Your suggestion resolved the issue.
Another question: How do I remove the color and underline from the a href of the trigger text? Where would I put the “text-decoration: none”?
Do I put it inline or must I create a class and refer to it? If so, can you send me an example please?
Thanks

In reply to: [Collapse-O-Matic] trigger text positionHi Baden, thanks for the feedback. I have followed the instructions you sent and they are working correctly as in the example. But there is still 1 issue that is not resolved.
If you go to the following URL: http://socialmojo.co.za/wp
Look at the first paragraph of copy under the slider. I want the trigger test to be on the same line as the last sentence of the first paragraph. So it should read: That’s where we come in … Read More >> [Where Read More >> is the trigger test]
On click of the trigger text the second paragraph should open as it already does. So everything is correct currently except for the placement of the trigger text. Currently it is on the next line.
If I could email you a mock-up of what I am looking for it might help.
Thanks

In reply to: [Collapse-O-Matic] Location of Expand TextHi Baden, I hope you are well.
You mentioned in your previous communication that the issue would be resolved in this thread? I have not seen anything since? Any ideas on how to resolve the issue above. I would think that it is quite a common usage scenario. That is to be able to locate the trigger text at the end of a line of text and then for it to expand a paragraph below it. As in a standard “Read More” situation?
I can send you a screenshot of what I am trying to achieve? Maybe if you see it, you will have an easy solution for it?
Thanks

In reply to: [Collapse-O-Matic] trigger text positionHi guys, thanks for this info. I have a related question: I have 2 paragraphs and would like like the trigger text to be at the end of the first paragraph (same line) and on click it should expand the second paragraph below it. Does that make sense?
I have used the following post from SpaceDonkey to hide the arrow and to get the paragraphs aligned correctly: http://spacedonkey.de/page/3/
I have mocked up a screenshot of the current state and teh desired state if I can send it to you.
Kind regards

In reply to: [Collapse-O-Matic] how to use Shortcode inside Collapse-O-Matic quotes?Hi, I have installed your plugin and am trying to do the following:
I would like to add a shortcode for a “Layer Slider” inside your Collomat shortcode: [expand title=”Show Slider”] [layerslider id=”29″][/expand] in order to allow a user to Show or Hide the slider.
This did not work: [expand title=”Show Slider”] [layerslider id=”29″][/expand]
I would like to achieve the following: When the page loads the slider is visible and the label should read: “Hide Slider”. When the slider is hidden, the label should read: “Show Slider”
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards

In reply to: [Easy Modal] Modal isn't doing anythingHi, I have installed the EasyModal plugin, activated and configured it as per the documentation. I am using the following code to call a single simple modal: Read more
My theme has a footer and calls wp footer. No other plugins have any issues. jQuery version 1.10.2
I would appreciate any suggestions as to why this is not working. I am keen to see it working before I purchase it.
Thanks
