hi, sorry i do not understand above informaiton.
i am only the owner of the webpage.

could you please assist me, so i can get the plugin running again.
as i do pay annually, but haven’t been able to run in the past 6 monnths.

i couldn’t activate the plugin, once i do, the whole website is down.

by the way i have deactivated, before after i updated to wordpress 6.1
this plugin wont work
the whole website is down, showing there’s a critical error

hi i got the website running again. deactivated all plugins and tried.

the issue is the WP-Optimize Premium – Clean, Compress, Cache plugin
the one i am trying to do preload etc.

only plugin has issue.

may i know whats my step next?

sorry i will need to get back later.
i have just updated to wordpress 6.1 and the website is completely down.
messagin showing

there’s a critical error on website.

i called my host, and they couldn’t help.
i don’t know what to do next.

hi i have downloaded the filezilla.

i am up to the step it tell me to enter the host , user, password informaiton.

i couldn’t find these info in the FTP account in my cPanel.
please asssit

Hello Venkat,

i apologize.. but i’m really struggle with above intruction.
i downloaded a plugin call file manager to try to change.
thats all i can do.

i don’t know where to login and find all these files.
it took me a whole weekend to find the plugin.

i’m only an owner of the website . i do not know any IT languguage

however after i follow your step to change the 3 lines.
this message pop up

Unable to connect to backend.
Access denied.
