Guys,
For Polylang go to your dashboard, look for Languages (Polylang plugin setup screen) Choose the string translation tab above, a list of text translations appears, look for Cookie Notice.
There are four entries you need to change, each with all languages you have on your site:
Message Text
Button Text
Read More Text
Read More Link
Translate, save and done!

Well playing around I found out what the problem was, if you select 2 columns both as values and labels you get this issue.
But why does it render in the admin page?
