Richard,
You saved the day! Thank you!
-GregThere was one other issue that started when Jetpack was enabled. The daily email announcing new posts that goes out to people who subscribe to the blog stopped going out. Do you know if this issue is linked the to IDs?
Thanks again,
GregHi Richard,
Thanks for responding. 13020629 is the old one. 56482990 is the new one. The site URL is http://alum.mit.edu/pages/sliceofmit/.
Thanks!
I should also mention we have a multi-site set up on our server, so we’re wondering if Jetpack updated the default wp tables instead of the wpmu tables for multi-site.
Hi Jeremy,
I started a new thread. We tried to manually update the “jetpack_options” value to the old client id, and now we get this error in site_stats page:
You are not a member of this site.
If you have just installed the WordPress.com Stats plugin, this error probably appeared because the API key entered in the plugin belongs to a different WordPress.com user account.
The owner of the API key must visit this site’s stats page to grant access.
Jeremy, we are having the same issue. Our old client id is 13020629. Can you help us to restore the old site stats?
