  • Greetings loaner02!

I am sorry to hear that you have been having this unfortunate difficulty with your website content. I am reaching out on behalf of HostGator to offer our help in resolving this situation any way that we can.

We have gone ahead and sent an update to you via email offering our assistance and some helpful information.

In case you ever want to start a conversation with our Customer Service team, you can also send an email to feedback@hostgator.com.

We look forward to the opportunity to help!

    Hello Glen,

My name is Sergei from HostGator. I regret to hear that you are having trouble getting switched over to our hosting, and I’m happy to assist with this process.

If you are having us migrate your content for you, then once we are done the only remaining step you will need to take is to check that the migration was completed successfully using the preview methods that we will offer you, and if everything is in order you can change your name servers at Godaddy to point to us. This will keep the domain of your WordPress site the same.

We do apologize if the migration request has not been updated just yet. We would never ignore your request, but we do address these in the order they are received, and so it might take some time to get an update on the progress. We are very sorry for this, and we value your time greatly so we work on these requests as quickly as we possibly can. I have included some extra information for you regarding our migration process, if you are interesting in learning more:
