In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Logging not working since Slimstats 5.2.11Hi @gerarde,
The issue you encountered in version 5.2.12 was caused by a temporary problem with jsDelivr, which affected the plugin’s ability to properly load tracking scripts.
This has been resolved in version 5.2.13, and normal logging should now resume as expected. We recommend updating to the latest version (5.2.13) to restore full functionality.
There’s no need to stay on an older release, as the issue has been fully addressed. Please let us know if you still face any issues after updating — we’re here to help!
Best regards,

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Much lower views since 5.2.11?Hi everyone,
Thank you all for sharing your experiences and feedback.
We’d like to clarify a few important points:
- The issue you experienced after updating to version 5.2.12 was due to a temporary problem with jsDelivr, which affected the proper loading of tracking scripts.
- This has been fully addressed in version 5.2.13, and the plugin is now working as expected.
- We recommend updating to the latest version to restore accurate data collection.
Please note that previous data was not falsely inflated or invalid. The drop in statistics was not due to incorrect past tracking, but rather a technical issue that briefly prevented proper logging.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you continue to see any irregularities after updating, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help.
Best regards,
MehmetHi @araz1991 ,
Normally, updating the plugin should not affect your existing stats.
The data is stored in your database and should remain unchanged. If you’re seeing unexpected values after updating, it might be due to a conflict with another plugin or an issue with caching.
To investigate further, we’ll need related PHP or browser console logs. Here’s how to generate and share them:
https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/Thanks for helping us look into this.
Best,
Mehmethi @iainpurdie,
Thank you for the update.
No worries—please take your time.
If you need any assistance in the meantime, feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
MehmetHi @criticjonni,
Sorry for the delayed response.
The issue with the “Bypass Ad Blockers” option in WP Statistics is known, and we’re currently working on a fix.
In the meantime, please keep this option disabled to ensure accurate visitor tracking.
If you notice any related errors in the browser console when the option is enabled, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could share them with us — it would help us speed up the troubleshooting process.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Best regards,
MehmetHi @gsjutla,
Thank you for reaching out, and please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed response. We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing a critical error after updating to version 14.13.
To help us identify the cause, could you please try temporarily deactivating all other plugins except WP Statistics and check if the issue still occurs?
This will help us determine whether there is a plugin conflict.
If you discover a specific plugin that causes the issue when activated alongside WP Statistics, please let us know.
Additionally, if you could share any relevant error logs with us, that would be greatly appreciated.
We’d be grateful for any details you can provide, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Looking forward to your update.
Best regards,
