In reply to: [Jock On Air Now (JOAN)] Cant add or change imagesOK I couldn’t an an image to existing shows from the library or by uploading a new one from my computer, but I was able to add a new show and add an image from my computer.
Seems like there’s some conflict with either your theme or a plugin.To troubleshoot it first switch your theme to WordPress 2015 and see if the problem goes away, if not restore your theme and disable all plugins except JOAN and try again while reactivating plugins one by one.
Let us know if there’s no change after these tests.

In reply to: [Jock On Air Now (JOAN)] Cant add or change imagesWhen you’re selecting an existing image from your library make sure the “Link URL” field is not empty, if it is after choosing the image you want to use click on “File URL” to populate it then click insert into post, Save the change and that’s it.

JOAN requires a name for each show, if you made another plugin you made to read JOAN’s DB is changing it’s behavior there’s not a whole lot I can do. You’d have to look at how your plugin is integrating with JOAN.

Since you removed the overlapped time and it still didn’t work we’d like to take a look ourselves. If you don’t mind send us a temp admin login [support(@)ganddservices.com]. In reply to: [Jock On Air Now (JOAN)] International Support1- Sorry I don’t have a better solution for translating at this time, this is my first plugin and I haven’t had time look at the plugin translation docs.
2-Joan requires 24hr clock in WordPress to work, it only displays the schedule in 12hr format that’s because most users clocks are set to 12hr format.
3-Joan will use the city timezone set in WordPress to show the schedule and what’s on, a listener in Turkey will see the schedule based on their computer’s timezone. Maybe in a future update we can make the timezone auto adjust for wherever the user is, but no promises.
4- That’s because Joan was not written translation ready, sorry see answer to #1 above.

Since most station schedules are pretty much fixed and major changes might far a few between the plugin was written as simple as possible to use if you drop a show from your schedule you only have to delete it, add it’s replacement or simply leave it empty. If you have a temporary event use the off air message field to temporarily overtake your set schedule, when that’s done you can go back to your regular schedule.
