Hello Maybellyne,

we have already followed that guide to remove the files and traces from the database but we can still see those two cron jobs:
| wpseo-reindex | 2021-05-05 10:19:26 | 17 minutes 23 seconds | 1 day |
| wpseo_permalink_structure_check | 2021-05-05 10:19:26 | 17 minutes 23 seconds | 1 day |

How do we remove them?

Thanks for your comments.

I can confirm that the original issue was resolved by deleting the plugin and the error was actually caused by cache.

We are planning to update our WP version.

Hello,

I have the same issue but the download token is not working and I get “no permission”

I have tried refreshing the token but I still get the same error.

Is there any workaround?
