Which theme do you use?
On our demo we use Fruitful theme. They have such appearance only for this theme. Initially, this plugin was created only for Fruitful theme.We will check the work of the Siteorigin Page Builder plugin and Fruitful shortcodes plugin. It can be fixed only in the next version of plugin.

To change the grid possible only with custom development. Fruitful theme design provides precisely such dimensions.
