Thanks for using our theme
1. There is the file rtl.css in theme folder. Fruitful theme supports RTL and translated into Arabic.
You can use this tutorial for translation theme to your native language:

We’ve tested this situation on our demo and we don’t have such problem.
Please update your Fruitful theme to the developers version from github:
https://github.com/Fruitfulcode/Fruitful
And leave the Woocommerce plugin version 2.6.3.Maybe the problem because the new updating from Woocommerce.
Soon we will realise the new version Fruitful theme compatible with the latest Woocommerce plugin version 2.6.4.If the problem will still persist, please submit a request to our support with admin access to your website, we will resolve the issue:

Hi Jon,
For resolving such issue we need more than users access. We ask the admin access not in open forum. We provide link to the support email: http://support.fruitfulcode.com/hc/en-us/requests/new . Our supports mail is a closed repository, so only Fruiful Code support manager have access to it.
Basically, we don’t make any changes at the customer website, only to reveal the cause of error.
It’s your choice to provide access or not.Best regards
