You should replace your data directory to data from the archive. Don’t forget to unzip it. If you didn’t change anything in the source files then your configuration will be not lost.

Unfortunately, it is not possible by default theme options.
It is possible only by custom development. If you are interested our project manager will provide estimations.If you will need to hide titles for all pages you can try to use in Appearance>Theme options>Custom CSS code below:
