Double logo displaying and background image missing

    When I activated this plugin with a logo and background image, the logo appeared twice and the background image is missing.

    I disabled all the other plugins and even deleted this plugin and reinstalled, still experiencing this issue.

    Any advice?

    UPDATE – resetting ALL wordpress theme settings made the maintenance page work properly.

    So I guess a follow up question would be, what causes a conflict between a wordpress theme and the maintenance plugin?
