Fruitful shortcodes doesn’t allow having one shortcode within another. Shortcodes are designated to carry content in them.
Our best advice is using HTML/CSS layout.

Unfortunately, scheduler Countdown is available only in Pro version of our Maintenance plugin.
And it allow make sure that your users come back when you’re ready for them. The overlay counter can be set to a maximum of 365 days and you can choose a simple, boxed or circle format, to suit your style.

Such problems are not by reason of plugin. We have tutorial with possible solutions in our Help center:

Probably page was cached on server.
In such case you should send request to your hosting provider to clear your server cache and disable Maintenance Mode.

If your theme supports favicon it will be shown in maintenance mode.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add favicon via plugin options.
