    I should have checked the source code first, but it didn’t occur to me that an RSS feed had a source code behind it. I’ve made a lot of stupid errors setting up Word Press, and there were times I wish I had more documentation, but it’s been a great learning experience and I’m very happy with the end result.

    Even in the RSS feed? If so, that’s great.

    Would it be possible to post a thumbnail of the current photo on a different site? What I’m thinking of is a thumbnail in the menu section of my main blog which would always show the current photo on the photolog. That would be really cool.
    I’m looking forward to trying this out.

    I think I fixed the problem. I was confusing the timestamp format (which should include both date and time) with the date format. Everything seems to be imported now, although I still got lots of error messages when I ran the script.

    Here is some further information. I opened the exported archive page. I’m pasting in an example of what the import looks like:
    <cafelogpost>5:08:05 PM|||Todd|||<title>Other people’s prose</title><b>Other people’s prose:…<i>Best American Essays</i> (2003).|||107558688565115794|||
    I hope this helps.

    Ok, I think I have the menu fixed. I still can’t get the letter spacing right.
    The titles (#menu ul li) have letter spacing. The list items (#menu ul ul li) should be tighter together. This works on Safari and IE running on XP. With IE 6.0, however, the letter spacing inherits to #menu ul ul li. Not a huge problem, but I would prefer to fix it if possible.
