I found the solution, see below:
– This removes the little arrow
– shows an image instead[expand title=”<img src=’http://urltoimage.com/image.jpeg’ />” tag=”div” trigclass=”noarrow”]Target Content[/expand]
P.s.: the latest version of the plugin didn’t work for me so i needed to downgrade to 1.4.9, see: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/doesnt-work-with-optimize-press-theme?replies=5#post-3767395

Ah i see, i must have missed it, thanks. Unfortunately i use an ecommerce theme (woocommerce -> shelflife) where there are a few custom roles like ‘storemanager’ or ‘ideal manager’. Is there a way to apply these settings to these custom roles?
