4 types of taxes are managed on my client’s site. 0 – 4 – 10 and 22%.
The problem is that in the report (also in Report Analytics) only the total gross and net turnover is reported and there is no filter or management that groups the total turnover by tax. How can I do? I need to solve.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [WFatture for WooCommerce Fattureincloud] PROBLEMA VISUALIZZAZIONE@woofatture vi invito a rileggere gentilmente il mio post. Il bug a cui mi riferisco è sul fatto che non viene data possibilità all’utente di eliminare il processo.
Se per distrazione, si imposta l’iva al 4% e si avvia il processo di creazione fattura da WordPress, il Vs plugin Va in errore con schermata bianca e non c’è più possibilità di gestirlo…. Pur correggendo il prodotto con iva 22% e eliminando l’ordine, non succede niente…
Come spiegato, per risolvere, ho dovuto resettare il database e partire da 0.

La versione gratuita ha un bug irrisolto. Viene fuori se viene elaborato un ordine che contiene un prodotto con IVA al 4% ( la quale non è compresa nella versione free, e funge solo con ordini con iva al 22% ).Per risolvere, ho dovuto ripristinare il sito ad una data precedente alla generazione dell’ordine al 4%, modificando dunque l’imposta al 22% per non andare nuovamente in errore.

Ok, ma come faccio a svuotare gli ordini programmati con plugin free WooCommerce Fattureincloud ? Ho cancellato tutti gli ordini e il problema è rimasto con fattureincloud. Quando faccio click su sezione menù “Fattureincloud” appare per qualche secondo la schermata con messaggio INVIO AUTOMATICO ORDINE NON RIUSCITO e poi scompare tutto rimanendo la schermata completamente vuota, quindi non ho modo di fare nulla.
Ci sono riferimento nel database MySql che posso cancellare? così da ripristinarlo e partire da zero. Attendo vostre nuove, grazie

The problem is of an urgent nature, and I have the need to resolve as soon as possible.
