Once again we do apologize for inconvenience.Custom options are shown in backend on order details page, we have once again tested our module and in email custom options are not sent in the free version. This feature is available in pro version so it’s not an issue if that is the case.

Where you see this that fields are not shown in the user profile section? Fields are shown in the user profile section for the user on front end.
Which version of safrai you are using? or you are using safari on mac or other than mac like on windows etc, because we have tested our plugin with all browsers and then upload.
